A fast response to my pre-sale questions would add bonus points. I have been nothing but impressed with LCWSoft from the first pre-sale email. Responses were always quick, answers were always given as though someone actually read and UNDERSTOOD what my question was, and the setup process fast fast and painless. I haven't noticed a single service interruption, and my site is always fast.
